Not Far From the Other Side of the World

I finally made it to Hobart yesterday around noon after spending a few weeks flying around (at least it seemed that way). It was cold and wet, and my apartment had no heat. I roamed around downtown for most of the afternoon, then made it back and went to bed around 7PM. Today it's raining again, and my 2nd bag *might* come in from LA this morning as well. I'm looking forward to meeting people next week during orientation, as it is rather dull being alone constantly. I did, however, meet my Vietnamese roommate. His name is pronounced "Tine" but I'm sure I'm spelling it wrong. My time at the internet cafe has almost run out, so I should publish this and head out. G'day!
